- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase.
- The Customer must have a return authorization number from Unipipe Solutions before material can be returned. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (888) 966-9007 to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- The Customer must provide an original purchase order number and reason for return prior to returning material to Unipipe Solutions.

A standard restock fee of 15% will apply for all stock item returns. Shipping fees from initial purchase will not be refunded.
- Tracking information must be provided by the customer upon shipment of returned items.
- Material returned but not in resalable condition will be scrapped by Unipipe Solutions. This includes unpackaged and open items. The customer may receive partial credit for items returned with minor cosmetic damage or after the 90 day timeframe. This will be at the discretion of Unipipe Solutions.
- Unipipe Solutions will not accept returned material that was not purchased from Unipipe Solutions.
- Credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt.
